I have the right to decline any commission. If the commission or commissioners attitude make me uncomfortable I will not take the commission or have the right to cancel. Proper refund protocol will be followed for mid-commission cancellations.

Slots are not first come first serve. I will pick whichever request inspires me the most. Having lots of refs and knowing what you want will increase your odds of being picked. Kofi comms do not apply to this rule.

Please credit me if posting on social media.

I reserve the right to post commissions on my social medias/portfolios/stream the process. If your commission requires privacy (such as a vtuber debut) a privacy fee must be paid.

Finished files will be sent through email and you may request any file format you wish.

Work progress can be tracked on my Trello, but clients may ask me for updates at any time including image proof.

Full Payment is required upfront before work is started.

All prices and payments will be in USD. I am not responsible for conversion fees.

Payment will be through Paypal/Stripe invoices which I will send to the provided email or through Ko-fi for smaller totals.

I reserve the right to increase price if the commission is high difficulty or requires extra details.

Tips are not required but they are greatly appreciated <3

A Rush fee may be added for 40% of the original price if the commission is needed in a very short window of time.

A full refund will be given if the commission is canceled before I have finished the sketch or I decide I can no longer complete the piece.

A 25% refund will be given if the commissioner cancels post-sketch phase and I reserve all rights to the art including reselling or auctioning off the commission.

PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LIVE 2D MODEL ORDERS. A down-payment of 50% will be required before starting the model. Payments afterwards will happen biweekly (14 days) at most. Commissions on payment plans will be cancelled if you are late to pay more than twice and a refund will NOT be given.

All commissions are free for personal use. This means you may use it as a pfp/banner art or posted on any social media, electronic wallpapers, etc. Please add credit.

Commercial use fee will be 50% of the commission price. Commercial rights allows use of art for promotional art, streaming assets (emotes, etc.), digital and physical merchandise.

All live 2D model prices come with commercial usage incorporated.
